What it does.
Language models are trained on the past — they genuinely don't know today's date or the current time. Connect Time once and Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor can check a real clock: any moment, any timezone, no guessing.
Ask an assistant "what time is it?" and it will usually guess — confidently and wrong. Its knowledge stops at its training cutoff, and there is no clock inside the model.

Why would an assistant need a clock?
Models are trained on data that ends months before you talk to them, and nothing inside the model ticks. Without a live source they guess the date — and get it wrong. Time gives them the real answer.
Which timezones are supported?
All standard IANA timezones — "Europe/Berlin", "America/New_York", "Asia/Tokyo" and several hundred more. Ask in plain language; the assistant picks the right zone name.
Is it really free?
Yes. Time is a first-party B77 app and stays free. It's also the easiest way to see how installing a B77 app works before you connect anything bigger.
What data does it see?
None of your content. The app receives only the request for the current time and answers it. Nothing is logged about you beyond standard service health metrics, and nothing is stored.
How do I connect Time MCP to Claude?
Time is a hosted MCP server, so it becomes a Claude connector without installing anything locally. 1. Open the app page on B77 and click Install — copy the connection URL it shows. 2. In Claude: main menu → Customize → Connectors → Add → Add custom connector. 3. Name it after what it does, paste the URL into "Remote MCP server URL", sign in with your B77 account. The same connector shows up in claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code. The connection URL is https://time.b77.ai/mcp.
How do I connect Time MCP to ChatGPT?
Time is a hosted MCP server, so it becomes a ChatGPT plugin without installing anything locally. 1. Open the app page on B77 and click Install — copy the connection URL it shows. 2. In ChatGPT: Settings → Safety & Login → enable Developer Mode. 3. Open Plugins → "+" top right → name the plugin, paste the B77 URL, sign in with your B77 account — it is now available in any chat. What data can Time access?
Reads: Nothing of yours. It serves the current time only. Never sees: Your messages, files, or other apps. Storage: Nothing stored — there is no data to store. Access runs through your own OAuth sign-in and stays scoped to your account — B77 never sees your passwords, and you can disconnect the app at any time.
Is Time free?
Yes. Time is free on B77 — no card, no trial clock. Install it, connect it to your assistant and use it. If Time talks to a third-party service, that service's own plan still applies.
Can I share Time with my team?
Yes. From the app's Manage page on B77 you invite teammates by email; they add the same Time connection to their own assistant and use it under your access, without setting up credentials themselves. Team apps such as Knowledge Base, Teamwork and Feedback also let you invite people per project. You can revoke a share at any time, and every call is written to the usage log.
