Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-06-15
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the B77 marketplace at b77.ai and the apps you connect through it. B77 is operated by EasyWeek GmbH (the “Operator”, “we”, “us”). By using B77 you agree to these terms.
1. What B77 is
B77 is a curated marketplace that connects software tools you already use to AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Cursor. For each listed app, B77 operates an integration that gives your chosen AI assistant access to that tool on your behalf.
B77 does not resell or replace the underlying tools. Where an app connects to a service you already run (for example, your own Nightscout instance), that service remains yours and subject to its own terms.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract to use B77. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure.
You authorise B77 to connect to the third-party services you select, using the credentials or OAuth grants you provide, solely to deliver the functionality described on each app’s page.
3. Subscriptions, billing, and trials
Some apps are free; others require a paid subscription, shown on the app’s page. Paid subscriptions renew for successive periods until cancelled. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. B77 does not store full card details. Prices are stated inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.
You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4. Your AI assistant is separate from B77
B77 provides the software and the EU-hosted integration. You connect that integration to a third-party AI assistant of your choice — for example Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI) — and you use that assistant under that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.
B77 is not affiliated with Anthropic or OpenAI and does not control them. B77 does not send your data to those providers; the connection between your AI assistant and the B77 integration is initiated and controlled by you. What you ask your assistant, and how that provider processes it, is governed by your relationship with that provider, not with B77.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse B77 or the connected apps: no unlawful use, no attempt to breach security or access data you are not authorised to access, no interference with the service, and no use that violates the terms of a connected third-party service.
6. Scope of access
Each app states the scope of access it requests (for example, read-only). B77 requests only the access needed for the stated functionality. You can revoke access at any time from your account or from the connected service.
7. Right of withdrawal (consumers in the EU)
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from a paid contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins when the contract is concluded.
For digital services: by subscribing and asking us to begin the service immediately, you request that performance start before the withdrawal period ends, and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. To exercise the right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to [email protected] before the period expires.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep B77 available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or discontinue apps and features. Where a change is material, we will give reasonable notice where practicable.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, B77 is provided “as is”. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, or under mandatory consumer-protection and product-liability law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your country of residence. The operating entity and contact details are set out in the Imprint.
11. Online dispute resolution
The EU Commission provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. EasyWeek GmbH is neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
