What it does.
B77 Account is where a project is born. Create it once, give it a brand, invite the people who work on it and decide which apps each of them may use. Every other app on B77 connects to that same project: the knowledge base, the task board, the content factory and the photo library all see the same name, the same logo and the same team.
A company runs many things at once: a product, a client, an internal initiative. Each of them needs a knowledge base, a task board, content, photos. Until now every app kept its own copy of the project, its own member list and its own idea of the brand.
B77 Account holds the project once. Create it here, describe it, give it a brand: colours, fonts, logos, the style of generated images. Invite people by email and choose whether they see the whole project or only some apps; group them into teams that carry the same choice. Then connect the apps: each one attaches its own workspace to the project and reads the brand and the people from here.
Archive a project when it is over. Nothing is deleted and every app still knows where its data belonged.

Do I have to create the project here before using it in another app?
Yes. Every app connects to a project that already exists in your account, so a project has one name, one brand and one list of people wherever you look.
Can a person see only some apps of a project?
Yes. Invite them with a list of apps, or put them in a team that carries the list. Account owners and admins see every project of the account in every app.
What happens when I archive a project?
It disappears from every app but nothing is deleted. Unarchive it and everything is back.
How do I connect B77 Account MCP to Claude?
B77 Account is a hosted MCP server, so it becomes a Claude connector without installing anything locally. 1. Open the app page on B77 and click Install — copy the connection URL it shows. 2. In Claude: main menu → Customize → Connectors → Add → Add custom connector. 3. Name it after what it does, paste the URL into "Remote MCP server URL", sign in with your B77 account. The same connector shows up in claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code. The connection URL is https://account.b77.ai/mcp.
How do I connect B77 Account MCP to ChatGPT?
B77 Account is a hosted MCP server, so it becomes a ChatGPT plugin without installing anything locally. 1. Open the app page on B77 and click Install — copy the connection URL it shows. 2. In ChatGPT: Settings → Safety & Login → enable Developer Mode. 3. Open Plugins → "+" top right → name the plugin, paste the B77 URL, sign in with your B77 account — it is now available in any chat. B77 Account is a hosted MCP server, so it becomes a Cursor MCP server without installing anything locally. 1. Open the app page on B77 and click Install — copy the connection URL it shows. 2. What data can B77 Account access?
Reads: The projects, members and brand settings of your own account. Writes: Projects, invitations and brand settings you ask for. Every change is recorded in the account audit log. Never sees: The content inside the apps connected to a project. Access runs through your own OAuth sign-in and stays scoped to your account — B77 never sees your passwords, and you can disconnect the app at any time.
Is B77 Account free?
Yes. B77 Account is free on B77 — no card, no trial clock. Install it, connect it to your assistant and use it. If B77 Account talks to a third-party service, that service's own plan still applies.
Can I share B77 Account with my team?
Yes. From the app's Manage page on B77 you invite teammates by email; they add the same B77 Account connection to their own assistant and use it under your access, without setting up credentials themselves. Team apps such as Knowledge Base, Teamwork and Feedback also let you invite people per project. You can revoke a share at any time, and every call is written to the usage log.
