What do I need to connect it?
The email and password of a Kinnovis Manager account. We recommend a dedicated operations account rather than a personal login.
Can it change my existing prices?
No. It only adds new discounted tariffs, and always shows a preview you confirm first. Your current tariffs stay untouched.
Will a new tariff go live immediately?
Only if you ask it to publish. By default a new tariff is created unpublished, so you can review it in Kinnovis before it appears in the booking portal.
