Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-15

This Privacy Policy explains how EasyWeek GmbH (“B77”, “we”) processes personal data when you use the B77 marketplace at b77.ai and connect apps to your AI assistant. We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Controller

The controller for the processing described here is EasyWeek GmbH, Hördtweg 65, 40470 Düsseldorf, Germany. Contact: [email protected]. Full statutory details are in the Imprint.

2. What we process and why

Account data (e.g. email, authentication identifiers) — to provide and secure your account. Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Connection data — when you connect an app, we process the credentials or OAuth tokens you provide to deliver the app’s functionality. We request only the scope the app states. Legal basis: performance of a contract.

Usage and diagnostic data — service health and security logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Billing data — for paid subscriptions, payments are processed by Stripe as our payment provider; we receive the data needed to manage your subscription and do not store full card details. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legal obligations.

3. Data from connected services

When an app connects to a service you use, your AI assistant accesses that service through B77 within the stated scope. We do not retain the content of those services beyond what is necessary to fulfil a request, and we do not sell your data. Where an app is read-only, nothing is written back to the connected service.

4. Your AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)

B77 provides EU-hosted software that you connect to a third-party AI assistant of your choice. We do not send your data to those AI providers. The connection to your assistant — for example Claude (Anthropic) or ChatGPT (OpenAI) — is initiated and controlled by you, and your use of that assistant is governed by that provider’s own privacy policy and terms.

B77 is not affiliated with and does not control Anthropic, OpenAI, or any other AI provider. For how an assistant processes what you type into it, please refer to that provider directly.

5. Hosting and recipients

Our infrastructure is EU-hosted; we do not transfer personal data outside the EEA in the ordinary course of operating B77. We use processors (e.g. EU hosting, Stripe for payments, error monitoring) under data-processing agreements that bind them to act only on our instructions. In the rare case a transfer outside the EEA is unavoidable, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, statutory retention periods for invoices under German commercial and tax law), then delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. As EasyWeek GmbH is based in Düsseldorf, the competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia (LDI NRW); you may also contact the authority in your country of residence. To exercise your rights, contact [email protected].

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated where practicable.
