A shared memory your assistant can read and write.

About

What it does.

Save what you learn and find it again in plain language. Your assistant writes notes, decisions, and how-tos into one searchable store, then pulls the right one back the next time you ask — across every project, every session.

Assistants forget. Every new chat starts from scratch — the decision you made last week, the convention your team agreed on, the fix that finally worked, all gone.

Knowledge Base gives your assistant a memory it can actually use. It saves notes, decisions, and guides into a shared store organized by project, then finds the right one by meaning — not just keywords — whenever you ask. Write a note once ("how we handle auth", "why we picked Postgres") and any later session can pull it back.

Organize knowledge by project and topic, search across everything in plain language, and keep it current — update or remove entries as things change. Built and operated by B77.

  • Initial release — save, search, organize, and update knowledge across projects.

Q & A

Questions, answered.

How does the search work?

By meaning, not just exact words. Ask in plain language and it returns the closest notes — so "how do we log in users" finds your auth notes even if they never used those words.

Is my knowledge shared with anyone?

No. Your knowledge base is private to your workspace. Notes are stored so you can find them again later, and you can delete any entry whenever you want.

Can I organize notes by project?

Yes. Knowledge is grouped into projects and categories, so each team or repository keeps its own space while staying searchable together.

How do I connect Knowledge Base MCP to Claude?

Knowledge Base is a hosted MCP server, so it becomes a Claude connector without installing anything locally. 1. Open the app page on B77 and click Install — copy the connection URL it shows. 2. In Claude: main menu → Customize → Connectors → Add → Add custom connector. 3. Name it after what it does, paste the URL into "Remote MCP server URL", sign in with your B77 account. The same connector shows up in claude.ai, Claude Desktop and Claude Code. The connection URL is https://knowledge-base.b77.ai/mcp.

How do I connect Knowledge Base MCP to ChatGPT?

Knowledge Base is a hosted MCP server, so it becomes a ChatGPT plugin without installing anything locally. 1. Open the app page on B77 and click Install — copy the connection URL it shows. 2. In ChatGPT: Settings → Safety & Login → enable Developer Mode. 3. Open Plugins → "+" top right → name the plugin, paste the B77 URL, sign in with your B77 account — it is now available in any chat. The connection URL is https://knowledge-base.b77.ai/mcp.

How do I connect Knowledge Base MCP to Cursor?

Knowledge Base is a hosted MCP server, so it becomes a Cursor MCP server without installing anything locally. 1. Open the app page on B77 and click Install — copy the connection URL it shows. 2. In Cursor: Settings → MCP servers → "+ Add new MCP server" — or edit mcp.json directly: { "mcpServers": { "teamwork": { "url": "https://teamwork.b77.ai/mcp" } } }. 3. Save and restart; Cursor asks you to sign in with your B77 account once, then the tools are available to the agent. The connection URL is https://knowledge-base.b77.ai/mcp.

What data can Knowledge Base access?

Reads: Only the notes and searches you ask it to store or look up. Never sees: Your other apps or files unless you paste them in. Storage: Saved notes are kept so you can search them later; remove any entry at any time. Access runs through your own OAuth sign-in and stays scoped to your account — B77 never sees your passwords, and you can disconnect the app at any time.

Is Knowledge Base free?

Yes. Knowledge Base is free on B77 — no card, no trial clock. Install it, connect it to your assistant and use it. If Knowledge Base talks to a third-party service, that service's own plan still applies.

Can I share Knowledge Base with my team?

Yes. From the app's Manage page on B77 you invite teammates by email; they add the same Knowledge Base connection to their own assistant and use it under your access, without setting up credentials themselves. Team apps such as Knowledge Base, Teamwork and Feedback also let you invite people per project. You can revoke a share at any time, and every call is written to the usage log.
