Whose Search Console data does it use?
Your own. You connect a Google account that already has access to the properties, and every request runs with those credentials — you only ever see your own sites.
Can it submit sitemaps or request reindexing?
Yes. It lists and submits sitemaps, inspects whether a URL is indexed, and can request reindexing or removal — subject to Google''s own quotas and your permission level on the property.
How fresh is the performance data?
As fresh as Google Search Console itself, which typically lags two to three days. Historical reporting goes back about sixteen months.
